Larissa (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey who brings a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy. She values the process of helping you gain deeper insight into yourself and tailors her therapeutic techniques to align with your unique needs and goals.

Working with children, adolescents, and adults, Larissa uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. She has worked in both schools and outpatient settings, helping individuals manage stressors related to work, school, parenthood, and peer and family dynamics. Larissa is committed to creating an empathetic, anti-oppressive space where your voice is heard and valued, empowering us to apply your insights to enhance your daily life.

Passionate about integrative approaches, Larissa is also a certified yoga teacher trained in various styles. She provides yoga sessions to supplement therapy, supporting clients in cultivating embodiment and enhancing their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Larissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Mercer University. She is dedicated to helping clients process their emotions, foster self-compassion, and develop self-awareness.
